# Bug reports

> Something not working? Report it with a link and what happened — no account needed.

Report anything in Darpan that behaves differently than it should. Every report needs two things: a link to where it happened, and what you expected against what you got. Add up to three screenshots if they help. If you hit a bug someone has already reported, select **Me too** on it instead of filing again — that tells us how widely it bites.

Reports and screenshots on this page are public, so keep order data, customer names, email addresses, and tokens out of them.

A report stays open for **Me too** marks and discussion until the Darpan team sets a status: **Confirmed** while we work on it, **Fixed** once it ships to [Release updates](/releases/updates), or **Cannot reproduce**, **Not a bug**, or **Duplicate** when it closes without a change.
